Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, lip care products, masks, and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received (if required), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
